The dispute between former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the judiciary is increasing. More intensities in this dispute have come today when Nawaz Sharif announced that there is no democracy in the country, but the worst dictatorship in the leadership of Justice Saqib Nisar.

This is the first time in Pakistan’s history that a politician has accused the Chief Justice in-charg of imposing aggression and worst dictatorship. This statement will increase stress betweetn the institutions which is already strained in current sinario. The concerns of politicians are also of this same nature.

Opposition Leader Syed Khursheed Shah has warned that the tensions between institutions will not be in the interest of democracy. Khursheed Shah has emphasized both Nawaz Sharif and the Chief Justice to demonstrate their patience. Talking to media in Islamabad today, Khursheed Shah said, “Nawaz Sharif does not want to say such statements. And with excuse, I would say that the Chief Justice does not even want to say such statements.

After the decision of Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification, the Muslim League Nawaz is criticizing the judiciary. The first PML-N leaders declared that the courts are discriminating with the PML-N leaders. Chief Justice was also criticized on alleged intervention in civil matters and over hospitals’ visits. Recently, the Supreme Court ordered the withdrawal of security from different people, which was criticized by Mary Nawaz.

Human rights organizations and many political parties agree Nawaz Sharif. Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, believes that the country is passing through the worst senses. Human rights activists even clamied they have never politically supported Nawaz Sharif, but delacring that the country has a toughest sensor. People are being threatened. Political parties have bowed down to non-democratic forces, and you also watched a demonstration during the Senate elections.

Many of civil society leaders viewed like Nawaz,”dictator used to launch a naked martial law in past but today there is democracy, parliament too, there is civil society but still there is a lot of dictatorship in the country”.

With regard to Nawaz Sharif’s statement, people are divided into the country. The Tehreek-e-Insaf and many other parties think that the accountability against Nawaz Sharif is correct, but analysts who oppose Nawaz Sharif are not called accountablity process of courts a bad. But the Nawaz League and its allies consider this accountability process discriminatry.

Opponents of Nawaz Sharif’s accountability are facing the arguments publicaly like:
” There was no dictatorship in the country, when they killed dozens of people in Model Town and injured hundreds. Everything was fine when the courts were silent. Today, if the court has asked for an explanation for this incident and asked for a reply regarding action, the courts have become corrupt and the Chief Justice has established dictatorship.”

“Courts were good when they attacked the courts and the courts could not harm them. Today they can not attack and they have to pass through accountability process, courts are bad and they have imposed dictatorship. This is being done to defame the courts and to make accountability court decisions already controversy, but this will not benefit Nawaz Sharif.”

If the current tension continues in political and institutional leadership, the country may sufers a rising Political Anarchy before election. Because, there is a tension between judiciary, army and Nawaz Sharif on one side, and on the other side, the Senate elections, which are considered as the symbol of federalism, are still criticized. Which has further intensified after the statement of Jamaat-e-Islami leader Siraj ul Haq and those accused PTI MPs, requested Cheif Justice for a Judical commission to investigate vote seal issue.
