Islamabad Politics Report/Moazzam Raza Tabassam: On the second martyrdom anniversary of Kashmiri freedom fighter Burhan Wani, Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) paid rich tributes to the struggle of the Kashmiri people in Indian-Occupied Kashmir.
“The PPP stands with the people of Kashmir. We condemn the grave human rights violations being committed by the Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir,” said Chairman Bilawal Bhutto.
He said the recent UN report on human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir have vindicated Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir.
“Self-determination is an integral right. The Kashmiri people are suffering at the hands of the Indian forces and they have every right to exercise their right to self-determination,” added Chairman PPP.
He said the PPP fully supports the people of Occupied Kashmir and their independence movement.
He demanded that the Modi government and the Indian forces stop rights abuses in Occupied Kashmir immediately and asked the international community to stop Indian atrocities.
