PTI chief allows to contest election from NA-53, NA-35 and NA-243

Islamabad Politics Report/Moazzam Raza Tabassam:  An Appellate tribunal today rejected two appeals filed against nomination papers of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s chief Imran Khan in two constituencies NA-53, NA-35 constituencies.

Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani rejected objections raised in the both the appeals by Abdul Wahab and Haroon Arshad Sheikh and allowed Imran Khan to contest the election from the NA-53.

Meanwhile, from NA-35, Bannu, Khan’s candidacy was also approved today after his nomination papers were challenged in the Peshawar appellate tribunal.

Moreover, the objections against the PTI chief’s nomination papers from NA-243, Karachi, were dismissed today.
